I’m touched by the beauty, the simplicity, yet profound depth of the 5Rhythms maps, the richness and far reaching expanse of creative possibilities.  Being on this dancing path for the last 11 years has been a huge catalyst for change and healing, it's completely changed my life. The practice continues to be a core thread, bringing belonging, community and mystery through the human heart into life’s dance itself, I’m ever more inspired, ever more in love.

I feel humbled to be following a deep calling to be of service, to hold space and be a gateway for the 5Rhythms.  My hope is that through this practice everybody gets to live their truth to the fullest expression of who they are.  Moving through the 5Rhythms, receiving the medicine of the dance, opening up to these states of being to find your true nature and beauty of what it is to be human.

My aim is to guide you from my own experience of the Rhythms to connect with your unique rhythm and way of expressing movement and creativity through your body, giving you space to connect with yourself and move freely.

You don’t need any experience and there are no steps to follow, just a willingness to explore.  You are welcome as you are to discover your own dance, how to connect with others and be part of a larger group in that discovery.
