5Rhythms dance montage (Paris July 2014) produced by Shaping the Invisible

This footage was shot back in July 2014 in Paris with a selected group of dancers from the Paris 5Rhythms Community. This footage has been put into an other film which will be supporting a chapter on 5Rhythms and Well being in a book published by Oxford handbooks. This will be coming out in 2015 as will the other video.

The footage was so beautiful as was the dancing I wanted to put some of these moments into my own little edited version. I love how the space and connections are so visible between the dancers.

Paris has a wonderful and rich dancing community. If ever you come to visit please come join one of Paris’s dancing floors. Most nights there is a class.
