DESCRIPTION
Join us and begin your day in the movement of the 5 Rhythms® wave. Each class we move through the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness to connect more deeply with our bodies and ourselves. The Rhythms and the music of the Wave support us in embracing our own energies, moving from within and discovering the inner dancer in each of us.WHEN

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
