I hope you had a great holidays and transition to the New Year, we sincerely wish you a happy and healthy and fluid 2021!

I'm glad that we offer each other such support through Zoom and that there is a desire for more. I'm pleased with your responses and compliments that we brought the dance space home. I'm pleased with the international participation and enthusiasm of beginners and the dedication of long-term dancers. The power of intention and transformation. YES!

I'm opening two new continuous closed-type groups that will meet together for five weeks. The first will meet on Wednesdays (13.1-10.2.), the second on Sundays (17.1-14.2). Together we'll dance through the shadow maps of the 5Rhythms practice, where we learn to recognize where our energy is escaping when we stop and despair and find our way out. I open my journey through the maps of shadows with the intention of becoming aware of shadow states, taking the power of recognition, choice and decision, and transferring the wisdom of learning into my everyday life.

"Do you have a discipline to be a free spirit?" is a sentence I return to in these times. It’s a phrase that haunts me when I dance the New Year in the living room. This is freedom, I tell myself. This is exactly the freedom that Gabrielle Roth was talking about, that despite the restrictions, I'm not looking for excuses why I can’t, but looking for reasons why I can. There are memories of bliss, ecstasy and joy in my cells and I need discipline to feel them in these times, I really need it. On the other hand, a reward awaits me as I free my thoughts from congestion and relax in the flow of movements. The practice of 5Rhythms opens the door to the sincere joy I feel when I dance through all the resistance, frustration, loss and return to a deep breath. My living room is becoming a dance floor and I connected with you more than I ever imagined I could. And that is freedom. And no one can take it from me. Fluidity. Connection. Support. Community. Healing. The stars in the sky remind me that it's possible to shine brighter in the dark.

Attendance is only possible in all five meetings and not individual ones. We will follow the order of applications.
