Come explore the freedom of moving authentically in a group of beautiful humans. We move through one complete Wave of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness, gently guided by Julie's facilitation. All are welcome, no experience needed.NOTES
$20 suggested drop-in fee. Payable in cash at the door, or via e-transfer in advance.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
