DESCRIPTION

Join us for Wednesday Waves, a weekly 5Rhythms® class of movement and exploration. In each class we move through the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness to connect more deeply with our bodies and ourselves.

Wednesday Evenings on the following dates:

16/10, 23/10, 30/10, 6/11, 20/11, 27/11, 4/12, 11/12

7.00pm-9.00pm

***NOTE! No class on 13/11***

PRICES

* 20€ with advance payment and registration (latest day before class via Paypal, MBWay or IBAN - include your name and date of class)

* 25€ drop-in

PRACTICAL INFO

* Bring soft, comfortable clothes and a water bottle.

* We dance barefoot or in soft “inside” footwear.

* Classes will be taught in English

* Each class will be taught by Adam or Susanne (or both)

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
