"Weaving the Waves"

Duration: 6 months through 6 group sessions + one individual session

All sessions will take place on THURSDAYS:

13.02., 13.03., 10.04., 15.05., 19.06. and 17.07.

Each session is 3 hours long. Beginning times: 6:00pm Croatia Time / 5:00pm UK Time/12:00pm NY Time/9:00am LA Time

Limited to 15 teachers.

6 Monthly Sessions to Deepen Your Teaching:

•Immerse yourself in the Waves: Each session will feature a 30 to 45 minute Wave led by Silvija, giving you a chance to test the teachings, embody the rhythms and refine your own practice

•Exclusive Wave downloads: Receive 6 unique Wave recordings used in the sessions, providing fresh inspiration and diverse musical landscapes.

•Dedicated Q&A and exploration: The majority of each session is devoted to answering your specific questions about teaching the Waves level, fostering a collaborative learning environment. You will receive a questionnaire before we begin, and your answers and needs will shape the program of the sessions.

•Personalized support: Enjoy a one-on-one 45-minute session with Silvija, tailored to your individual needs and questions, for focused guidance and support. This session needs to be arranged latest until 20.06.

•Grow together: This ongoing group format allows you to build deep connections with fellow teachers, creating a supportive community where you can share experiences, learn from each other, and grow together over the 6-month container. On each session there will be some time to connect with each other in break out rooms.

•Never miss a session: Can't make it live? No problem! Recordings of each session will be available for you to watch and learn at your own pace. You can e-mail me your question if you are not able to participate that month, and I will include it.

Here are some key areas where my mentorship can be helpful:

1. Embodiment and Facilitation of the 5Rhythms:

•Deepening your own practice: Guiding teachers to refine their own embodiment of each rhythm, recognizing nuances and subtleties in their movement and expression.

•Developing a strong presence: Helping you cultivate a grounded, confident presence that allows you to hold space effectively.

•Refining your teaching language: Offering feedback and suggestions on your verbal cues, imagery, and overall communication style.

•Working with music: Sharing my expertise in selecting, sequencing, and using music to evoke the different rhythms and energies.

2. Holding Space and Group Dynamics:

•Creating a safe container: Mentoring you on establishing clear boundaries, guidelines, and a sense of safety for participants.

•Navigating challenging dynamics: Providing guidance on handling difficult situations, conflicts, or emotional releases that may arise in the wave.

•Working with diverse groups: Sharing strategies for adapting your teaching to different needs, abilities, and cultural backgrounds.

•Building community: Offering advice on fostering connection and a sense of belonging among participants.

3. The Business and Ethics of Teaching:

•Building a sustainable practice: Sharing my experience in marketing, pricing, and managing the business aspects of teaching.

•Ethical considerations: Discussing ethical guidelines, boundaries, and responsible practices for 5Rhythms teachers.

With 23 years of experience teaching Waves classes (weekly and ongoing groups) and workshops (ranging from half-day and weekend workshops to 5-day residential retreats), and having witnessed countless journeys through the 5Rhythms, I'm here to offer insights, ask you right questions, and provide personalized advice to help you navigate the nuances of teaching.

For the past 5 years, I've been offering ongoing individual mentoring sessions. I've noticed that many questions are recurring, and the answers often apply to various situations or are universally relevant. The questions you have might also be helpful to others. I also know that learning together is more fun and that this teaching job can be a lonely place.
