Crossing the threshold into becoming

On the last Sunday of September we meet again at the threshold.

The Exit Gate calls us to step into what is yet to come — to open ourselves to new directions, new breath, new light. Through the 5Rhythms we will ground in Flowing, spark clarity in Staccato, surrender to the storm of Chaos, expand into Lyrical, and arrive in the still spaciousness of Stillness.

It is a dance of becoming — a passage into possibility.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
