What would it feel like to show up for yourself

fully, 

consistently, 

with devotion? 

To step into a structured, supportive container where your patterns, 

dreams, 

and deepest commitments are witnessed and held?

This six month closed group is an invitation to reshape your inner landscape, using the wisdom of the 5Rhythms Maps to move through 

the body, 

heart, 

mind, 

and soul. 

We will work with embodied the maps of 5Rhythms, 

neurographic art, 

and sacred accountability- allowing us to explore and transform the subconscious patterns that shape our lives.

A key aspect of this journey is witnessing,

being seen and seeing others without judgment, 

in raw truth.

In each rhythm, 

we will integrate this sacred practice:

👣Flowing – Witnessing our roots, our breath, and the ground beneath us.

👣Staccato – Witnessing the fire of our commitment and our boundaries.

👣Chaos – Witnessing the release, the unraveling, the breaking open.

👣Lyrical – Witnessing expansion, new found possibilities, and lightness.

👣Stillness – Witnessing the integration, the deep listening, the silence.

From our first session, 

each participant will begin a neurographic art piece-

a visual map of transformation, evolving alongside their practice. 

By our final session, 

this art will hold the imprint of the journey, 

a tangible reflection of the inner work.

This is not just a class. 

It is a container

a sacred, 

structured space where you will be seen, 

supported, 

and lovingly challenged to keep showing up for yourself.
