An extended session to journey deep into the dark of the season, honouring the stillness at the year's turning point, as we embrace the unfolding transition into a new cycle.

Prices same as usual though, and you can book online now in the usual place - and this one may well be full, so do book in advance if you can. (And if not, check the booking website before coming - it will show clearly if the class is sold out.)

There will be an 'After-Caf' as usual: tea and cake available at the end (cash/card).

We have a weekly open class every Friday night pretty much all year* – see 'Drop-in / Open Classes' on our website for up-to-the-minute details.

No need for any experience, just drop in or book in advance (a bit cheaper!) and come along – if you are not familiar with the 5Rhythms (or even if you are!) check out our page "The 5Rhythms" which includes a short video.

*Note: Our open classes are rarely if ever cancelled – if Bernadette is away, we dance with other fabulous teachers – guests have included Alex Mackay, Andrew Holmes, Jean Rankin, Neil Pinnock, Jessica Howie, Irem Luqman, Jon Ralls and Dawn Morgan.
