What is a 5Rhythms® class?  A pragmatic answer to what this class is; a lightly guided, specially curated movement meditation, encouraging embodiment and presence. This practice is for all bodies, if you can move you can dance. No choreography required, you create the movement as you go, and I will lightly guide through words and music.

We give space for what is present in our bodies and to connect with our own healing and creativity.  A sort of magic happens when we stay present with ourselves in a room full of others. We find freedom, expression and permission to be as we are!

Each class counts as 1.5 hours toward teacher training credit

$20: I'm on a tight budget/have limited extra funds

$25: I can comfortably pay for the class

$30: I have some extra to contribute and would like to help support others

On the event of illness, the student has 3 months to redeem credit for paid class.
