DESCRIPTION

Re-connecting ourselves through drumming, movement and voice.

Join us for an uplifting session of rhythm, connection and self-expression at Rituals of Rhythm, inviting you to explore the powerful relationship between body, breath and beat, through guided drumming, and intuitive movement.

Held at the welcoming Open Source Arts space in Leeds, this unique session is open to everyone—no music or dance experience needed. Whether you bring your own drum or simply come with curiosity, you’ll be encouraged to engage with the beat in whatever way feels right for you.

The session will be held by Ben Deutsch, an accredited 5Rhythms® movement teacher, with almost 10 years experience of running supportive and engaging group sessions.

Come as you are, move as you feel, and leave feeling more connected, uplifted, and energised.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
