Rhythms in Ritual: First Wednesdays in Brooklyn. 

A Monthly Movement Journey led by Henya + Guest Facilitators/Artists. 

This offering weaves the 5Rhythms practice with intentional rituals and ceremonies like sound baths, breath-work, cacao, voice channeling, meditations, and more.

Each month exploring a different theme and practice designed as an invitation to dive deeper into the body’s wisdom, to release what no longer serves us, and to connect to our true selves. 

Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to movement and/or meditation, this monthly gathering will offer something unique and meaningful for your body, mind, and spirit. 

Each month offers a new opportunity to ground, connect, and transform.

When: First Wednesdays of each month 630-9PM

6:30PM Music on for warmup movement 

6:50PM Doors Close and we gather in our opening our circle to set the container as a group (Please note that access from the street will be locked once we open our circle)
