In this 5Rhythms® class, let the music be your guide as you dive into a movement meditation through the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. Dance has the ability to bring us to our deepest levels of being, allows us to express our innermost world, and enables us to find deep connection with ourselves and our community.
A 5Rhythms Sweat is a 90 minute session. We start with a warm-up 25 minute Wave, then a brief introduction of the 5Rhythms, followed by a lightly guided 50 minute Wave.
All are welcome! No previous dance experience is necessary. Bring water and wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move.
