What to expect:
In a 5Rhythms® class, you'll experience a dynamic movement practice that allows you to explore the natural rhythms of your body. The class is divided into five distinct rhythms—Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness—each offering a different energy and movement style.
No dance experience is required; the practice is open to everyone, regardless of fitness level. You'll be guided through the rhythms, and encouraged to move freely, in your own way, without judgement or expectation.
Expect to connect with your body, release tension, express emotions, and discover a sense of freedom through movement. The space is supportive, allowing you to explore your own journey at your own pace.
