Die Open Wave wird abwechselnd von Verena, Manuel oder Lucia geleitet.

Die Open Wave ist offen für alle, unabhängig von 5Rhythmen Erfahrung, Kondition, Alter und jeweilige Tagesverfassung :-). Sie ist geeignet, die 5 Rhythmen kennenzulernen und vor allem, die eigenen Tanzpraxis zu vertiefen und sich selbst und anderen in Bewegung zu begegnen.

The Open Wave is led alternately by Verena, Manuel or Lucia.

The Open Wave is open to everyone, regardless of 5Rhythms experience, fitness level, age and current state of mind :-). It is suitable for getting to know the 5 Rhythms and, above all, for deepening your own dance practice and meeting yourself and others in movement.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
