In questo spazio, ci liberiamo dalle tensioni e condividiamo il nostro percorso attraverso la danza, ognuno da casa propria, ma insieme.

A series of online classes on Thursday evenings. These classes follow the Rhythms and maps created by Gabrielle Roth, the founder of the practice, with each class focusing on a different aspect of the 5Rhythms journey. In this space, we release tension and share our journey through dance, each of us in our own homes but connected together.
