On this full moon night we will be dancing the flowing of the feminae. Our feet connected to this ground, this earth, this mother that give us our weight pulling us constantly toward her red hot center, her womb.

We will be dancing from the fire of our center, from the pulsating darkness of our wombs, in the darkness of the night. We will connect our human bodies with that celestial body that spread soft gentle light on our path. With Bulan, the Moon, the one that with her dancing creates harmonic cycles and tides connecting with our fluids, our internal Ocean and own blood.

Dancing, to become aware of our connection from heaven and earth, from full to empty from giving and receiving, witnessed by the lineage of our ancestors. Fully alive with our breaths and dance till we disappear.

No Prerequisites. This class is for all self- identified women. The hours of this class qualify for the Waves requirement for the 5Rhythms Teacher Training.
