RECORDED CLASS – Light Waves Online not being offered

For the month of February, Moving Essence classes have to relocate whilst renovations are happening at our St Brigids home.

The 5:45pm – 7:30pm Light Waves class will be offered as a Silent Disco in the Edinburgh Gardens. It is too difficult to offer an Online Class in this format.

This is a recorded 1.5 hour wave from one of our previous online class streams. You can book, get the link and access anytime. We strongly recommend that you connect to an external speaker or use Bluetooth headphones as computer speakers are not adequate.
