WHEN: Wednesday from 6.30 p.m. to 8.15 p.m.
HOW MUCH: 15 euros 1 session / 50 euros 1 month (4 or 5 sessions) (Payment and info: +34 651733875) **to pay the monthly fee you need to make the payment the first week of the month, otherwise you need to pay per session until next moth begins.**
METHODOLOGY: In each session we do a guided warm up-stretching, then we explore the 5Rhythms through exercises and a wave (sequence of dance-movement of the 5Rhythms: Flowing Staccato Chaos Lyrical and Stillness) and complete in a sharing circle to land and integrate together.
