Join us for a 5-week online 5Rhythms journey, an invitation to move with whatever is alive in you. There are no steps to learn, no experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to listen to your body and to trust and follow your feet.
Each week we will explore one of the 5Rhythms:
Through guided movement, music, and simple prompts you can dance and move as you are from your own space at home or outdoors (if you have the data!)
Participating in this series can help you release stress, reconnect with your body, and access clarity and creativity through movement.
You’ll build a consistent practice over the five-weeks, deepen self-awareness, and experience the power of moving together in an online community.
Expect more aliveness, emotional resilience, and a sense of grounding you can carry into everyday life.

THESE CLASSES WILL BE RECORDED SO IF YOU CANNOT MAKE EACH OF THE LIVE SESSIONS DO BOOK YOURSELF IN ANYWAY AND AN AUDIO RECORDING OF THE CLASS WILL BE SHARED WITH YOU EACH WEEK AFTER THE LIVE CLASS
