Each week I will offer creative exploration through 5 Rhythms Movement Meditation practice.A Silent Wave that deepens our listening and opens artistic enquiry of movement language.Just one hour is enough to shake off tension and deepen connection to our authenticity and connect virtually to others, divided in physical contact but united through human spirit.
