DESCRIPTION
Cambsdance is a long established community who organise different dance meditation classes weekly on a Friday evening in Cambridge.I have been invited to teach on their Friday open classes bringing 5Rhythms over the last 10 years.

Warm up from 6.45pm. Class starts from 7pm - 9pm. Please aim to be on the dance floor either early from 6.45pm or by 7pm. Doors are locked at 7.15pm, after which there is no entry.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
