Into The New 2025

Saturday January 11th: 12 - 6 pm Sunday January 12th: 11 - 5 pm
The beginning of a new year is a good time to pause, to look back at what was, and to set out intentions, hopes, and dreams for 2025.
We will use the 5 Rhythms movement practice to:
Let go of the old year,
Appreciate what is valuable in our lives in the present.
Create dreams of intention for the year ahead.
We will make collages and write to awaken our creative impulses.

Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled before January 3rd 2025, otherwise cost of €50 will be incurred.

As we welcome in a new year, it's an ideal time to pause and reflect, to reconnect—with ourselves, and the deeper rhythms of our lives. It's a moment to honour the energy of possibility that the year's turning brings. In the words of John O'Donohue:
May you have the courage to listen to the voice of desire that disturbs you when you have settled for something safe."
We will bring a new year’s wish to this session and using the 5Rhythms movement practice explore how we can take the first steps to embodying the newness and freshness of our intention.
