HEART BLOSSOM
From Darkness to Light: A 5Rhythms Heartbeat SeriesAs winter loosens its hold and spring begins to whisper its renewal, we are invited to follow nature's rhythm—a journey of transition from darkness into light.
Heart Blossom is a three-part 5Rhythms Heartbeat series designed to celebrate the unfolding of our hearts as we align with the promise of spring. Through movement, we will honor the cyclical dance of release and renewal, shedding the weight of winter and opening to the energy of new growth.
This sacred passage is amplified by two powerful celestial moments: the Full Moon in Virgo on March 14 and the Spring Equinox on March 20.
The Spring Equinox is a joyful celebration of rebirth, awakening, and balance. After the long months of darkness and inward focus, the Earth comes alive again—offering its fresh, warm energy to inspire new dreams and possibilities. Day and night find perfect balance, light and dark held in harmony, reminding us to seek equilibrium as we transition into the growth and vitality of spring. While the end of winter can feel rocky—shaking us loose from stillness—the equinox brings a steadying energy, a chance to pause, ground ourselves, and awaken to what’s next.Under the Full Worm Moon, you release what no longer serves you. You honor the messiness of your humanity, knowing that life’s fertile ground often holds both clutter and promise. The moon’s light guides you in tending to your emotional “soil”—softening, loosening, and preparing for growth.
Then, with the arrival of the Spring Equinox, you embody balance. Day and night are equal, light and dark in harmony. In this pause, you feel a profound sense of renewal and clarity. You dance with the energy of awakening, alive with fresh ideas, new dreams, and the warmth of spring surging through you.
Each session is a transformative passage:
March 8: Awakening the Heart – Shedding the layers of winter and stirring your emotional roots.Taking time to pause and embody these sacred moments—to honor the Earth’s rhythms and our own—grounds us deeply in the flow of life. Dancing 5Rhythms, a somatic movement meditation practice, allows us to move through our emotions, awaken our hearts, and bring our bodies into harmony with the turning of the seasons.
Together, as a community, we will create space for what is ready to bloom, supporting one another as we celebrate the beauty of transition—from darkness into light, from winter into spring, from stillness into motion.
Join us as we move, breathe, and dance our way into the blossoming of our hearts and the fullness of life’s ever-renewing cycles.
