After diving into the turbulent currents of my inner world at the More Than This 5Rhythms workshop with Alain Allard and Sarah Pitchford, 5Rhythms Teacher in Training Gigi was inspired to write a deeply earnest and serious song, vibrating with gravitas and resonant with subtle spirituality.
