5Rhythms Cycles with Tammy Burstein

For the past 15 years Tammy Burstein has been a dedicated student, teacher, and behind-the-scenes weaver for The Moving Center New York. She has dedicated her own dance time and time again, showing up as a humble student and as the backbone that spaciously and graciously imparts the lessons of her own experience to our NYC tribe, our teacher training program and as a mirror to my own self growth and development.

Over the last 5 years, I am honored to have witnessed Tammy’s humility as she graced both my own Cycles workshops and many of her colleagues’ 5R workshops around the world, first and foremost as a student, diving deep into knowing & moving her own life’s journey with the 5Rhythms Maps as her guide. This dancing path of the student evolved towards her apprenticeship of becoming a 5Rhythms Cycles teaching and I am grateful to release her into this world to offer this map.
