In these monthly sessions we will explore through the dance and practice simple tangible tools and somatic skills to access a deeper dance experience. Using the 5Rhythms movement map to deepen into the body's wisdom and natural  intelligence, dancing these skills within the safety of a conciously co-created container enables the integration somatically and them to be available to draw on anytme, on any dance floor, and in daily life. As in life, as in the dance. Dance is the metaphor, it is the space to practice dancing more deeply and living a more fully expressed and creatively fulfilled life. Join us for a deeply nourishing series.

This series will be offered as one off drop in sessions with an arc throughout all five. Every session welcomes all levels of experience and ability.

This one-day workshop invites exploration into the core principles of 5Rhythms through embodiment and awareness of each Rhythm. Moving with the purity of the Rhythms— Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness—allows us to connect more deeply with power of the 5Rhythms maps. Discover the uniqueness of this map and why, when practiced, it changes our lives on and off the dance floor. 

Through guided movement, mindful exploration, and group sharing, you’ll explore how to integrate these rhythms into daily life, fostering greater presence, clarity, and freedom in your movement and mindset. Whether you’re new to 5Rhythms or seeking to deepen your practice, this workshop will help you use the 5Rhythms map. No prior experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to move and be you. Turning 5Rhythms from a practice to a way of being in our lives.
