Ceremony

Sacramento - 23 Nov 2024 to 23 Nov 2024
Majica Alba

Let us step into Ceremony together. Finding the reverence in the dance. What happens when we shed each layer, tip-toeing our way in with intention and grace? In this workshop we will surrender to what happens when we dance longer than our usual two-wave dance and invite a wave after wave after wave approach. Each wave we will offer ourselves to the dance, to the beat and to the breath; and then we will explore what happens when we break through to the other side. Let us meet ourselves and each other in this ceremony to give space for whatever decides to show up. Let us peel away the layers, shed our snake-skins, old and worn and let us reveal the soft-suppleness of our fresh tender selves.

Please wear white for this workshop.

All are welcome.

Shadow to Light

San Diego - 6 Dec 2024 to 8 Dec 2024
Jonathan Horan - Christina Graham-Smith

5Rhythms Shadow to Light

December 6-8, 2024 in San Diego, CA
Jonathan Horan & Christina Graham-Smith

The body is a fountain of wisdom and truth, and when put in motion patterns begin to arise. These patterns gift us with information and messages that can radically shift our lives and relationships. Understanding the patterns of our inner shadow, the place we go when we feel overwhelmed, can help us navigate effectively back to the light and purity of embodiment. Meeting our inner self with compassion and grace, our shadows allow us to better understand our needs, wants and passions. Our shadow can be a mentor rather than a foe. In this workshop, we come home to our body, taking time to meet ourselves through movement, listening to the messages our shadow mentor is attempting to share to guide us back to the light of connection and our passionate selves.

Understanding our Shadow patterns can help us to identify our Home Rhythm. Only you can do this exploration and discover the Rhythm that calls home over and over again. Together we will navigate the power of the 5Rhythms Shadow and Light map to provide tools to assist you in discovering your Home Rhythm.
