DESCRIPTION

Delighted to offer a full weekend in Manchester again in August. This is a new workshop seeking out some emptiness in our busy lives.
In fact I want nothing from this workshop! Sweet nothing: the emptiness within and emptiness without, where a moment expands into experience of the eternal.

We will dance Gabrielle Roth's movement maps through the 5Rhythms - taking the road to nowhere
