DESCRIPTION
8 Class Committed Group Weekly High Vibration Waves this winter in Utah!We will build each week on the week before, moving through the fundamentals of the 5Rhythms Wave.
We will take a break the weeks of February 25 & March 4.
This is a closed group and you must pre-register. No drop-ins permitted.
If you are unsure about joining the whole series, we welcome you to attend the first session only on January 14th to experience the 5Rhythms ($20).

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
